Is Imposter Syndrome holding you back?

Imposter Syndrome is a persistent inability to believe that your success is deserved, or you have legitimately achieved the success and accolades that you are getting as a result of your own efforts or skills.

It can show up as constantly comparing ourselves to others, feelings of not being good enough, and a pervasive fear that 'they' will find out that we are a fraud.

As a result, Imposter Syndrome can discourage us from shining a light on our talents and lead us away from doing the things that matter.

I recently joined Angela Mitten from Chrysalis Counselling & Consultancy in Bendigo for a chat about when Imposter Syndrome might show up, what can happen when it does, and some strategies to help to lessen its impact.⠀⠀
