ReachOut Breathe – helps to reduce physical symptoms of stress and anxiety by slowing down the breathing and heart rate

 

The Breathing App – this app allows you to choose the duration of breathing practice, the ratio of the breaths, and offers a choice of screens. My favourite is the Breathing Ball which increases on the -in-breath and decreases on the out-breath.

Insight Timer

This is a free app that includes lots of different guided meditations, as well as music, talks and other tools. There are filters that enable you to choose your preferred duration and other criteria, and also you can choose themes for things you would like the meditation to focus on such as Sleep, Stress and Anxiety, Grief, Health and Happiness. 

Tide is a free app that helps you live better, sleep better. With various nature sounds you can start inspiring hours, coffee breaks, quick nap or bedtime.
